Someone needs to file a lawsuit. The governor does not possess the power to make these mandates, period. He knows this - he also knows no one is going to challenge it, and is banking on that.

There’s no rational reason at this point. The hospital capacity is fine. An entire makeshift hospital at the convention center in New Orleans remains unused. This is about control and power and pushing the mail in vote. I wonder how many state troopers are prepared to actually take a bullet for this piece of shite?
