I don't remember any media vetting of known in DC candidates for past administrations.
Let the info flow but why don't we know about the sex harassment fund in Congress they used to pay people off?
Why was no one was vetted by the media for filming fudge packing porn in the sanctuary hall of congress?
If you do a big time background check, anyone can find something on everyone.

Just saying someone who takes money instead of actually going after someone which allows a creep to stay out and possibly do it again is just as bad. Also if someone takes a payout they shouldn’t be allowed to then use it against the person who they accused.
