No, you are trying to make it a distinction without a difference.
Saying “God Willing” is not a definitive. It is a hope that it will happen/is God’s will.
Saying God Wills It is explicitly stating it is in fact God’s will without question.
Those are clearly different, but you want to try and make them equivalent, which they are not.
Hate it all you want, but that is the logical translation in meaning for each.
Do I care that this person has that tattoo? No. To each their own and I don’t think it means much in the long run. But, trying to equate those two sayings is trying to nullify its intent/meaning by claiming equivalency with another generally accepted saying that means something different.

Ummm, Inshallah is not an originally Islamic term first off. Allah is the word God in Arabic. Many Christians in the Middle East use that saying too.
Secondly, I don’t recall an entire leader of the faith of Islam using cries like the Pope did when trying to justify the Crusades.
