Very true. I worked for ten years with a former NSA operative stationed in the Whitehouse to work with Reagan. We became good friends but he absolutely had boundaries that he openly said his oath prevented him from ever disclosing.

It’s important to point out that 50 people aren’t being polygraphed because they are suspects. Many are being polygraphed and interviewed so they can rat out the leakers. Innocent people are often interviewed with the guilty to give the innocent cover.
The investigators do not want to make it easy to figure out who talked.
