Motorpools should have already been emptied. This is existential to our nation. There is no mission as proper for the US military as protecting our borders from invasion. Deploy 500k Army troops right now. USMC is your contingency response force along with some Army units. Coast Guard protects the coasts and ports. And muster every counter-drone element we have and send it to the border.
