Allegheny County’s absentee ballots are included in that count, but the absentee ballots in the three other counties in the district have yet to be counted: 1,195 in Washington County, 1,808 in Westmoreland County, and 203 in Greene County, for a total of 3,204 absentee ballots yet to be counted.

The district is strong gop.
The dem is a moderate and a marine and it's not over yet.

Many people vote for party.
I won't be surprised if absentee ballots give scumbag gop the edge.

The "moderate dem marine", ran on all scumbag GOP platforms.

So either he's a liar; you know it and you're ok with it as long as your "team" wins or you have no clue about politics and only root for a candidate based on party affiliation; much like a casual fan roots for a sports team.

If Lamb is true to his campaign rhetoric he won't vote how your little squishy heart hopes.

It is just slightly strange the dems would vote in a man running on what they are detesting Trump for. I suppose for these voters as long as the man is not affiliated with Trump the issues are second to that.

There are over 100 seats up this Fall more competitive than this one for the Dems. I'll let you figure out this one.

And yet 500,000 more Republicans voted in the TX primary despite record Dem turnout...

Seems like the Dem enthusiasm may not be enough in some areas...

Looks like Lamb's lead has widen and only Greene County has absentee ballots unaccounted for.

Democrats always have votes available after election is over in these right ones!

Ever wonder why?

Al Sharpton comes to mind. Remember the mysterious ballot boxes that were found in the trunk of a car the week after the actual election?

As of about ten minutes ago the Times site had Lamb leading by 627 votes. I understand there is no automatic recount in PA, but it seems likely there will be one in this case.

We could say Lamb had the chops.

I doubt the recount changes a lot, very few ballots in this district are paper (I think it's just the absentee/overseas/provisional votes)

Why does he think the opposition "hates" the president, the country and God? Such a drama queen.

PA-18 Republican candidate Rick Saccone said at his closing, pre-election eve rally tonight that "the other side" has hatred for the president, the country & God.
