Im not ignoring anything including the agendas that want to keep us in perpetual war in the Middle East. They will never let us leave and worry about America first. This scenario was predicted by Russia for the past two months and it comes exactly at the right time to save our jihadi allies asses. They hope there is enough ignorance in the populous to be able to do this same dance one more time.

Estimates are that 400,000 to 500,000 Syrians have died because of this war. Why do these 50-80 matter now?

Do you think Russia has Zircon missiles in Syria? What happens next if they retaliate and sink a destroyer after it fires cruise missiles at targets where Russian military is present? Russia also has s400 in syria that can shoot down our planes and cruise missiles. I figure we could overwhelm there capabilities though not without massive losses on our side.

Russia would have zero shot at us. Like I said, their navy would be completely destroyed inside of two weeks, and their air force not much longer. China cannot TOUCH us militarily, unless we were stupid enough to land a massive ground force against theirs, which we would not do.....we would play big brother keep away with the chinese because they do NOT right now have the power projection capabilities that we do. We would wind up destroying chinese navy as well, and unless we chose to engage them on the ground (which I doubt we would), they could not bring enough combat power to bear to frick with us, while we could plink at them at will.

We are definitely a paper tiger. Just look at all these libertarians admitting that the same American armed forces they've been wanting to slash to the bone, is now weak in many areas compared to our enemies.

Not saying they don't have capabilities. I'm not even saying we should respond. I'm just pointing out how they are constantly puffing out their chest at us.

However, I do think they would be at a disadvantage in a conventional war. Our military has been at war for a good 28 years in one place or another. We have a battle hardened military. An overwhelming air corp that has an abundance of combat experience. So does the only consistent blue water navy in the world. Lets just chill out on what they got.
