This thread is actually a wonderful demonstration of why notes aren't just de facto admissible at trial. Get a good sampling of the posts of people assuming that what is in the notes is true and accurate and determinative of issues.

Ah, but I'll bet they can be with a little direct and then cross examination. Otherwise why even mention notes? Trump trying to force Pence to do his cockamamie scheme. Pence, a lawyer, takes notes. Makes perfect sense.

Hey Mike, I have a question. What did you get slipped to you IMMEDIATELY after you certified the vote? The guy giving you your prize did so in a sly handshake so he obviously didn't want it to be seen. I've never seen anything like that. Whoever that dude was couldn't wait to run up to Mike and give him is prize. It looks like a challenge coin but that isn't a tradition. And Pence has no clue what it even is. It was all a big ole fricking Hollywood production.

This goes back to my second post to you. Your misunderstanding of how the process works makes it difficult if not impossible to discuss this with you. A juror won't see these notes unless and until Pence is accused or implied to have made a recent fabrication. They reference the notes and put it out in media so people will go Pence has NOTES ooooh must be true. Same thing they did with Director Comey.
