A law should be passed so that bills are specific to the name of the bill without add ons.
Coronavirus Stimulus Bill should only include things specific to helping Americans and certain businesses. Do away with multiple add ons for bs that’s not relevant.

The WHO said that the USA is going to be the next major epicenter of the pandemic. $300 million for a wall to keep the refugees on the Mexican side of the border and protect them from the corona virus in the USA is a wonderful humanitarian move.
