No, they want to punish him without a trial because they don't have anything to go to trial with....but they know he's guilty. Maybe another year of investigations will finally reveal the obvious??

I also read earlier a reply from the WH to Pelosi is expected Monday. Trump's lawyers must never sleep. I hope they claim E.P. for Pence this is all ridiculous watching the dems try to undo an election and elect President Pelosi.
They have no idea how pissed off the silent majority are. I can't wait until the dems lose the gavel.

Correct, which is exactly what the democrats want. Look at the fake subpoena letters the dems sent out to Pompeo and the rest...it specifically says that if they do not cooperate and give documents in accordance with the Dem request then that will be considered evidence of obstruction of justice. That is where this is going, just like with Russian Collusion...it doesn’t exist so they switch to an obstruction of justice claim.
