Well it’s a process violation. Trump had full access of all documents. He had the right to classify or declassify . And now they want to charge him for having documents in his possession that were heavily guarded.
While Biden had classified documents in his possession at 5 unsecured locations. Sounds fair to you ? Worth destabilizing our entire culture? Worth the election interference? Worth weaponizing The State for? Worth all the enmity ahead?

I honestly don't think most people on here cheering this have a clue just how easy it is for the Feds to ruin someone. They don't lose. They lie and threaten people for a living to get their desired outcome. They have a 97% conviction rate for Christ's sake. And the 3% who aren't convicted are usually in financial shambles for having to defend themselves.
Leftists claim to be for criminal justice reform. They claim to be the voice for the oppressed and downtrodden. And yet they gleefully applaud the very apparatus that chews up and spits out criminal defendants at a rate state courts can't even touch. So much for ending mass incarceration and defunding the police.
