Celebrities are more often than not children frozen in time until their celebrity fades. They don't understand what the democrat party is and their view of politics is generally on par with a 6th grader's.
I was watching a (not very good) documentary on the Lollapalooza festival this weekend and old footage of 90s bands discussing the politics of the day. It sounded exactly the same as now: very self-important, very non-reflective, full of insults and not one substantive thought on actual policy. The left has, for some reason, locked these people down and subsequently the dumb kids (and wine moms) that worship them.
