I voted for the man and would again because of the options presented... But my goodness this is scary. It makes sense why a portion of the German population did what they did. A percentage of the hardcore believers excused bad behaviors and kept moving the goalpost. Not saying Trump is Hitler, but the psychology that kept him in power is being diplayed.

Nobody thinks that Trump is infallible, we just give him the benefit of the doubt. Because he's clearly earned it. If that means "cult" to you then I'd recommend a dictionary
