This is correct and has been obvious for some time now.
Both parties are going to be rebuilt. The Repubs have been kicking out the Neocons for some time now. Once the Dems finally reach bottom, the party will be rebuilt or will split.

It doesn't matter who they run, the Democrats will get 90%+ of the black vote like they always do. They will need a black candidate to get the turnout Obama did though.
