People convicted of murder shouldn't be allowed to live long enough to be pardoned.

You stab somebody 39 times with enough force to break the tip of the knife off in somebody's skull, you don't deserve to ever breathe free air again. In fact, you don't deserve to breathe air of any kind ever again.

This guy was out early, served a long time, and was almost 50. Didn’t matter.

Well, nobody's perfect.

Would you begrudge the Democrat party new enthusiastic voters?

The crusade is to soak that party with as many mindless automatons voting the prescribed way as possible.

But the real insult to law-abiding citizenry is these are perpetrators of crimes against the person, which should mean they serve all their time unless DNA evidence or something just as strong indicates differently.

There certainly must be something to the continuing aspiration among leftist Dems to continue adding to their "new proletariat" that Gramsci and Trotsky mused so enthusiastically over. It's taken awhile, but they're really on a roll with it now.

Wouldn't mind hearing from those who came up with every possible weak rationalization about why they just couldn't in good conscience bring themselves to hit the kiosks for Rispone.

But he would've lost it right here in Orleans anyway, even if they had waived their high moral standards and voted for him.

So who wants to roll the dice on these most recent additions to the Left's "new proletariat."

This is "40" times worse than the ill-advised release of Wilbert Readeau who cut that woman's throat during his bank robbery. He's out and she's not coming back.

Their next cause celebre is the eventual release of Gary Tyler, another murderer.

As our cities continue to slump and take on the characteristic risks of a waterhole on the Serengeti.

Some must remember the supreme irony in the other elected criminal, Edwin Edwards, who lost his brother Nolan to another criminal whom Edwin had pardoned.

There must be some message in there somewhere, even to the most thoroughly conditioned academic from our esteemed, well-meaning propaganda mills.

The BIGGEST problem with pardons like this and Biden drug pardons is that often the charges are plea deal down from more serious violent crime but during the pardon process those original charges reflecting the true nature of the crime is not presented.

Sentenced for a possession drug crime but in actuality they were dealers or cartel related and maybe the original charges involved a violent crime or other death.

Playing devils advocate but isn’t this an argument for keeping people in jail longer?
