Make no mistake. These Senators 100% supported the Saudi led war against the Houthis until they saw an opportunity to attack Trump. Oh and using the Khashoogi murder as a reason to stop supporting the war . These fricks wholehertedly supported the famine in Yemen caused by the Saudi led way, which incidentally is being fought with weapons purchased in the largest arms deal in the history of the entire planet under the Obama administration. 100% chance they all supported that deal. And now they all of the sudden want to pretend to care.
Oh yeah, Trump ended military support to the Saudis for the war in Yemen a month ago but these grandstanding retards(and I mean that in the literal sense) want to make a "voice vote" saying Trump shouldn't be doing something . As a bad as Trump may be at foreign policy, he's demonstrability er than Bush or Clinton would have ever dreamt of being.

The Senate on Thursday passed a resolution condemning Saudi Arabia's Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman for the murder of journalist Jamal Khashoggi, ratcheting up pressure on President Donald Trump who has aligned himself with the Saudi kingdom in the aftermath of the brutal killing.

"What we did today is basically say that the United States Congress is sick and tired of abdicating its responsibility -- constitutional responsibility -- on matters of war," Sanders said.

The Larger House of Representatives (which prior to the 17th amendment was the US Senate) has been full of virtue signalers as long as I can remember

The media’s hardcore attempt to get the public to care about this fat terrorist is hilarious. People are worried about paying the bills, their kid’s education, work, their health etc.

The Saudi war against Yemen was started 4 years ago and MBS has had oversight of it from the beginning. It is a colossal failure even with the weaponry and support of the US, even though Al Qaeda has joined in the fight with KSA & USA. MBS is basically Fredo Bin Salman. He fricked up the blockade of Qatar, his austerity program is a joke, his reform program consists of letting women drive and watching movies, and now the botched and embarrassing Khashoggi murder tops it off. He's done more harm to KSA than Bin Laden.
What benefit is there for the USA to continue to support tyrants like this? As Trump said, it is to help Israel. The tail continues to wag the dog.

I like the Fredo comparison.
He’s got a cruel streak though.

If you remember Saddam Hussein's 2 boys, Uday and Qusay, one was savy and the other a violent idiot. Same comparison.
