Wouldn't have the impact you'd think. The USG uses Saudi production as a foreign policy tool, and their semi-autonomy give the USG plausible deniability. Why do you think the US continues to support KSA like they are Jewish? Cause they are nice people and they deserve it?

I know these prices suck for the truck nuts crew but low fuel prices are a huge net gain for our economy.

Would put a stop to one of their excuses for raising prices every time a refinery is shut down due to a hurricane.
