TBS, that is just hurtful. (sniffle). You and I probably agree on 95% of substantive issues, but you want to call me names because I do not like Trump.
IDGAF whether you like Trump or not. To use your dislike of him to deflect from this gobbledygook from Maxine Waters itt is why I called you moronic.
quote:
As I recall, you and I even voted the same in the Texas primary (Cruz). (sniffle)
Irrelevant.

One of Trump’s professors at Penn (William Kelly) described him as “the dumbest goddam student I ever had.”. Add his ... difficulties ... with grammar, spelling and the like, and I would give him 110 at best (about 5 below the average college grad). More likely is 100-105. I used “moron ”rhetorically. I acknowledge that he is probably (barely) above average.
I see why TBird called you a moron

3) made them openly for open borders.
he sets the trap and they fall right into it.

quote:OK, you asked. I was a ranch kid whose family could not afford to send him to college. I not only got into one of the top public universities in the country (I was admitted at Harvard but could not remotely afford it), but I earned a full ride at TAMU based upon academics alone ... starting with a National Merit Scholarship and also including the top endowed scholarship offered at TAMU, the President’s Endowed Scholarship. I earned a double degree (two majors) and graduated in less than four years with magna cum laude honors (2/100s short of summa).quote:Good slam. The real estate mogul worth billions who one day decided to run for President and won is a moron.
The GOP also has its share of morons. One of the biggest happens to be orange.
Go ahead and list out your life accomplishments so we can have a baseline to know when someone is no longer considered a moron. This should be quite impressive!
I was then admitted to one of the ten law schools in the country. More academic scholarships, combined with part-time emplyment, got me through the next three years, and I graduated with honors. Ten years later, I was sitting in a corner office in one of the tallest towers in downtown Dallas. I think I did OK.
Trump took a mediocre intellect and combined it with acknowledged business instincts, to grow a huge family fortune into an even-larger family fortune. I certainly do not pretend that he was anything short of a phenomenal business success. But that success had less (if anything) to do with intellect and much more to do with starting position, and with family wealth and influence.
Trump has far more money than I. I am far smarter. Your point?

Nah...this way the dumb commie has to respond or look weak. How will she respond? The only way she's capable of responding. More batshhiit crazy gibberish.

Complete and total horseshite.
But, let me one up you, not only did I get admitted to Princeton, but the Army paid me to go, not only did they pay the tuition, and buy my books, but my assigned duty was to attend classes. So, if you're smarter than Trump because you got a full ride to TAMU, how much smarter must I be than you? The answer, of course, is that that is a terrible way to measure a metric.
A person of average IQ doesn't transition from businesman to politician and defeat both major parties to become President. I mean think about that for a moment, Trump had ZERO support from the GOP when he started out, they wanted anyone but him, still do, and the entire world was lined up to crown Hillary. Yet, Trump is POTUS. That isn't because of family money or anything else, that's because Trump is smarter than all of them. All the Harvard grads and Yale grads who typically hold office in DC, the "dummy" outsmarted them all.

quote:And in junior high, I was helping my mother grade the term papers of her high school English students. The whole “Einstein could not spell” nonsense is largely a myth. Bright people are normally quite articulate, of course excepting the folks with Asperger Syndrome and other conditions on the autism spectrum. Maybe Harold fell into that category.
IRL example would be Harold J., the son of a friend of mine. His dad is a very successful attorney. Harold had an IQ of 145. I know because I saw it on paper. At 16 y.o. Harold could not write 'I see the brown cat jump on the roof' without making an error.

Trump needs to endorse Omar Navarro, her Republican opponent in the General.

As an aside, I would note that the acknowledged “dumbest guy in the class” in my law school section was an Army captain, who was there on the Army’s nickel. Every time that guy raised his hand (which he did with excruciating regularity), everyone from the professor to the second-dumbest would release a collective sigh. To be clear, I think you are far brighter than he. My point is only that the standards for Army scholarships are not always the same as competitive academc scholarships.
quote:I have never denied that Trump has outstanding instincts or that he excels at reading people. THAT is how he rose above the GOP field. He sensed a desire for a “movement,” and he grabbed the steering wheel and drove that puppy to the White House.

This is why I uniformly describe Trump as a populist demagogue. He read the masses and played to them. One need not be a genius (or even especially bright) to be good at reading people. It is how he grew his family fortune, and it is how he became POTUS.
If it had been a matter of anything other than reading the mood of the populace at exactly the right time, he would have become POTUS on one of his first two efforts.

Trump should point it out but shouldn't have tweeted the 2nd part about "be careful what you ask for" It's immediately what CNN pointed out in regards to the incident.

‘Never interfere with an enemy while he’s in the process of destroying himself.’
Trump should pay attention to this

Maxine is nothing but a damn race baiter in the same mold as Al Sharpton. She says this shite to stir up the homeys in her district that keep electing her. They eat it up and she knows it.
