General Motors and the UAW are going to start “talks” in September/October. Why wait, start them now! I want jobs to stay in the U.S.A. and want Lordstown (Ohio), in one of the best economies in our history, opened or sold to a company who will open it up fast! Car companies.....

....are all coming back to the U.S. So is everyone else. We now have the best Economy in the World, the envy of all. Get that big, beautiful plant in Ohio open now. Close a plant in China or Mexico, where you invested so heavily pre-Trump, but not in the U.S.A. Bring jobs home!

Well, he's not wrong. He has gotten our economy going again and wants John Smith to have a decent job. How does CNN equate this to Orange Man Bad?

They use "Liberal Logic", which I have yet to figure out how it works effectively.

Most voted for him for judges, immigration and taxes.

This man has the potential to become the greatest POTUS ever, even eclipsing the magnanimous one. I think the left knows it too.

That is what is driving all of the hysterical TDS.

Even free stuff won't save the current Democrat party.

Do you realize how much carbon dioxide and how big of a carbon footprint an open and operating car factory produces compared to a closed one? Why do you want to ruin the planet? You must be a racist who hates women, minorities, and children.

Besides, those jobs aren't coming back. Duh

because its meaningless. youre the "facts not feelings" crowd, right?

ok so where does "I want jobs to stay" fall on that scale?

what is his solution to this problem?

is "i want it" an actual plan for these people to build on, or is it nothing but a random sentiment?

the president himself trying to strongarm the investment decisions of a business that isn't acting like he thinks it should, in this case

is this seriously the best the "facts not feelings" crowd can do? emojis?

trump says he wants these jobs back. no shite, everyone does. what is he gonna do to make that happen? because yelling at the TV is not a plan. hes already tried this with Ford. they announced a new factory in Mexico, and he went on twitter and yelled at them. so they said, fine, we'll see what we can do. and the answer was...

China.

Instead of Mexico Ford would open a plant in China, with no expansion of the Michigan plants.

after that, thanks to his trade war, Ford just killed the car altogether and now no one gets any jobs.

so how will the result be different this time?

Trump using the public power and influence of his tweets to try to influence a company's hiring decisions isn't the same thing as actually "strongarming" the business decisions of a company. Just like him calling out the special counsel investigation on Twitter isn't proof of him obstructing justice and obstructing Mueller's investigation.

It's funny how you liberals/progs make such wild illogical leaps about the words someone you don't like or disagree with uses as opposed to their actual actions. Just one of countless examples of the blatant and hypocritical double standard on this for example is how you guys like to place blame on Trump and his words for shootings and other random acts of violence at home or abroad while ignoring your own side's rhetoric and more importantly your own sides actual actions.

For example, which is worse...Trump during a televised and public debate asking the Russians in an obviously joking manner for help with finding Hillary's lost e-mails (i.e. "colluding") or the Hillary campaign along with our intelligence agencies actually working secretly with Russians to dig up dirt to use on candidate Trump in order to get a warrant to illegally spy on him and his campaign staff? Surely you can take off your partisan glasses and see the difference between the two can't you?
