This speech was an early Christmas present. Screw the RINOs and trolls on this board. MAGA is back and all of the losers can GTFO.

Watched a bit of the video. He can go after some of these items without specific EOs.
On the trans stuff - If he really wants to attack those topics - send people into schools on military installations and look through the libraries for these books that have obscene material - all of that is a federal crime. Find out who ordered those books and then roll up the installation commanders, school principals etc. Hopefully these materials haven't found their way onto installation schools but I'm not really confident about that. Prosecute under federal statutes. That will send shockwaves. Identify some woke commander somewhere, go into the school on the installation, and bring lots of cuffs. When the first general officer is led away in cuffs, every military installation will remove those books. If you do this in a coordinated fashion across DoD, you can solve the problem of bloat in the top ranks in short order. Not only can you remove them, you can prosecute them. No pension, just a discharge and maybe some extended time at Leavenworth.
Once that starts happening, go into a blue district and do the same. Raid the library. They can't argue they aren't putting obscene material in front of kids when they put it on a library shelf. The EO won't really do anything. Arrests will have a huge impact. Once you make arrests for this stuff you can trace it back to authors, publishers, and so forth, because they all know what the audience is. It's kids.
Then you go after states and hospitals on the surgery thing. Forget the EO. Just go straight to prosecution, and you don't actually have to do that. You don't even have to attack the surgery type, if you go after them inducing people to have unnecessary surgery, particularly if they are kids, you can wreck their ability to receive medicare and medicaid funding and a lot more. It would be a death sentence for a hospital. Remember the doctors at Vanderbilt talking about the money they can make by doing these surgeries, the follow up visits, lifetime medication etc. That's RICO and all sorts of stuff. He could literally shut down Vandy's hospital in short order.
Men in women's sports - arrest athletic commissioners / conference commissioners. Start where there have been injuries. Once that is established that they are putting women at risk, you get all sorts of things invoked, including Title IX.
He needs to put on his evil thinking cap and get dirty and vicious. That is how you win this.
