I’m not that into the hierarchy of the Judicial system but isn’t there someone that has more authority to say stfu.

USSC but they don’t want to touch them so the punt them back and then have to have a TRO issued by another judge to hold it. Either way this judge is putting road blocks on everything Trump does even if they don’t stick.

Are military bases in foreign countries considered US land? Declare part of the prison we are sending them to as a military base. They weren't deported, just sent to US land off shore.

At some point water finds its level. We have clearly seen the fall out of that after the popular vote rejected the socialism and woke nonsense.
I suspect they are playing with fire and wont like the future fallout.

Did it say, "which" court they must appeal to or the timeframe that they must challenge and the timeframe they have to challenge? If not, then can the DOJ set the the procedure to expedite this bullshite?
