This was my first thought as well.

We need more blue states to do this so it will be a safe haven for libs to flock to.

There are more and more Karen’s on my wife’s Nextdoor app that complain about how they did it back up north and how it was better up there.

I agree though. Anyone convicted of arson for starting forest fires should at least pay restitution to the state for the loss of wildlife as a poacher would face. If they do not already.

I hope they do this. It's about time the crazies get what they want so the rest of the country can see all the harm they do. Imagine no revenue from hunting and fishing. No charter trips, less cabin rentals, etc. No farmers making money on livestock, no "local farm raised" meat for anyone in Oregeon. More trucks driving meat into their state from another state. Let them do it.

As I once heard Scalia say….the Constitution doesn’t guarantee our rights to hunt and fish. He encouraged us to become involved in conservation organizations and vote for pro hunting and wildlife conservation candidates

If Oregon does this….no more Pittman-Robertson funds.
