Massie has been a big, vocal opponent of many of these pork bills. During Trump 1 he was the enemy (like Rand Paul until Covid) for opposing Trump's big spending.

chip roy did nothing. the first CR was going to pass because the democrats helped write it. it was trump that stopped it. the second CR didn't pass because chip roy and friends voted against it. the third one passed because democrats voted for it in bigger numbers than republicans. chip roy got nothing and will tag team with democrats to fight MAGA the next 4 years.
