I think it's really hard for people who have never been around people unlike themselves to understand these realities.
Your Narcissism is off the charts.
Your assumption that our attitudes were formed in a bubble is simply further proof of your indoctrination.
I along with the posters on this board have lives which you have no clue about.
We have gay relatives and friends, rich and poor, friends of different races.
YOU need to get out of YOUR bubble as it is YOU who thinks yourself the arbiter of all that is good and just based on your ignorant assumptions and hatred of White men.

I think Roger just ended poverty, y'all! He just needs to tell poor people this and poverty will disappear.

Some of you guys are too quick to play the victim

We grew up poor. Did you?
What is poor to you?
Were you homeless growing up? Only get food at school and not home? Did you have running water? We're the bills always paid? How often did you eat out? How much did your parents make? How many siblings were in the house? Who took care of extended family who wasn't any better off? Did you parents care about school or did you manage yourself and make sure it was always done and you succeeded there?

Literally fitting into the federal governments classification of what poor was at the time.
But I had two parents that cared, gave good advice, forced me to work for things I wanted. We took zero handouts
People stay poor by choice.

Weird how the immigrant paradox works, ain’t it, pookie?
Weird how getting off your arse and doing something rather than sitting back and looking for a handout lends itself to an improved life.

What in my post history? Because I bring up the fact that all of our leaders have been white men when people whine about how everyone in America his against white men?
Or because I understand that white men are privileged?

It doesn't help when there are White Liberal Women like Cubbies, Powerwoman and OKgr constantly making excuses for them.
As long as people condone and PROMOTE bad behavior, the cycle will never end, WHICH by the way is by design.

I'm genuinely curious what that was and how it was defined?. I think it helps to understand where your situation falls and helps clarify.

Ah the luck part. You had great parents! Sounds like we would both agree that's a big part of your success.

So two questions, why did your parents choose to stay poor? And how did you select such good parents? Perhaps this knowledge could help others....

White Men built the very civilization you take for granted.
You're welcome.
