Fair enough. Its possible that you're genuinely curious. I did respond to someone else's question about privilege a few posts up.
And I'm trying to make sense of it because you come across like you're trying to be earnest. I posted something similar earlier, but I'll make it a question hopefully you're answer.
Two candidates for hire or promotion, identical resumes and success/experience. One is a straight white male and the other is black female. In today's corporate America, which one gets the job/promotion at a rate significantly higher than demographics suggest, and which one doesn't?

She really thinks they are inferior.

I’d think I still have to carry myself a certain way in order to cash in my privilege. If I was a dirty, out of shape, unkempt loser who was difficult to get along with there’s no way I’d be utilizing the full power of my privilege.
Being a 6’5” personable ex professional athlete has my privilege BOOMING.
So I don’t think I agree that the privilege isn’t a choice/can’t be taken from me if I don’t defend it.

Are your feelings hurt that I haven't responded to every post you've made to me?
I'm highly entertained that youre not cognitively apt enough to answer the simple question.

Generous and charitable people dont tell others of their generosity, otherwise its just virtue signaling.

I mean, from his post history he seems to be a decent guy that just calls people on their obvious bullshite. What’s wrong with that?

In 2024 it's punishable by imprisonment!

Honestly, I think that nepotism plays a bigger role in corporate American than anything else. My husband works for a very big international company and it does seem that women get promoted more than men in his region (not to say he hasn't been promoted because he certainly has, repeatedly).
Sometimes there are certain perks a business can get from hiring certain demographics, but its also clear that most businesses don't take advantage of all of them. I'm not familiar with any incentives to hire women or minorities. That's not to say they don't exist, I'm just not familiar with them.
I'm familiar with incentives for businesses to hire formerly incarcerated individuals and most companies don't take advantage of them.

No.
In 2024, being on the highest rung of the victim hierarchy plays the biggest role.

Oh, so you're saying that because I responded to a false statement that I'm not willing to take in a hungry child, I'm "bragging" about doing it?
You're so insecure.
