I was threatened with termination if I didn’t take the vaccine. That BP, shell, and others wouldn’t allow me offshore if I didn’t get the clot shot. I spent two months at home before they said they could get me a religious exemption. I was prepared to wait it out though.

I skated very close to unemployment before my company decided in late 2021 that if you didn't go into one of our offices, you didn't have to get it.
Since we were all told in 2020 that we would never be required to go into an office again, this seemed like a safe bet.
Then, they spent 2023-present trying to get people to come back to the office.
Pure blood and count myself lucky that I narrowly avoided unemployment.
