Rioters are headed to the Marriot Hotel (where they claim the "Feds" are staying). Also wanting to take I-5.

If the Feds are at the Federal building, does the mayor watch the Marriot get taken down?

It’s a game to these frickers. They could have torn that fence down last night but they pussed out. It gets real when the fence comes down. They didn’t want any part of that. I lost all respect for them. They’re in some kind of group cosplay.

Several assholes have already gotten shot in Louisville, Austin, and Aurora CO.

Portland is going to say “Hold my PBR!”?

I'm not sure what would disperse the crowd more - liquid fart or a bunch of soap.

So, these riots in Portland have been going on for over a month, and you lost respect for them because they did not tear down a fence last night? I admire you sticking with them that long before losing respect for them.

I thought they had gumption. I’ll admit I haven’t been keeping up with them every night but last night they showed a lack of gumption. I’m not on their side but it still saddened me.

It saddened you that they did not do as much destruction as you wanted them to? That is a strange take. Personally, I don’t like what is happening, and I wish it would stop.

What is their expected outcome? What are their goals? Why aren’t we talking about that? Why are we sitting by and letting lawlessness prevail? Simple questions no one is asking or trying to answer

I kind of wanted to see what happened if they got past the gate. I think they were afraid to find out.

If a battle has already commenced, even in the court of public opinion, it is better for your opponent to overextend their hand than for them to retreat entirely.

What Bret Weinstein has said rings very true I believe. There are no leaders in this movement or in these protests.

It is a political tactic because when you have leaders who have goals and demands you can argue against them and take them down.

When they have thousands of "influencers" saying 100 different things it is much harder to pinpoint them and say this is how you stop the riots.
