Why should anyone care if he said this?
Is there an American alive who can honestly say they’ve never said it? Even if so, it’s a word. Noises from someone’s mouth. Letters. Nothing more. It does not matter at all.
Now actions? Those actually matter. Words do not.

i'm sure his campaign discussed how to spin literally thousands of potential scenarios based in rumors they came across
having a tape of people discussing a contingency plan doesn't prove the underlying chaos variable exists
this is a bigger logical stretch than the spin that Trump grabbed women by the pussy, and that is straight up retarded

So a person claimed a tape exists, some staffers discussed how to address it IF it did exist, no tape has yet proven to actually exist, yet this is some kind of gotcha?

Listening to that recording, Trump denied ever remembering saying anything like that, but then asks what they should do, and asks staffer to put it to bed. Staffer then surmises oh shite, he said it, probably because he told her to out it to bed. They suspected there was a tape, probably because the rumors were flying. I bet there wasn't, and this is more b.s. being drummed up. We shall see.
