1. Gets all the drug users in a concentrated area for the convenience of the dealers
2. Big, public works construction project that her friends and family can build and make good money from
3. Easier to do vote farming there
4. Cuts out that pesky "choice" nonsense

Dems are so transparent. If she truly wanted everyone to own a house, she'd be railing against property taxes.
She just wants to buy votes, and doesn't care that most of those folks will lose their houses when that first property tax bill comes due.
