Why can't we have an opinion on a Oklahoma governor?

Can you cite an example of a democratic president activating a democratic state’s national guard and deploying them against the citizens of a republican majority state?
Can you cite an example of a republican governor or mayor declaring their state/city a sanctuary and actively working to stop the federal government from enforcing federal law?

Very Romney like.

Mr. Stitt on Thursday said,
“We believe in the federalist system — that’s states’ rights,” adding, “Oklahomans would lose their mind if Pritzker in Illinois sent troops down to Oklahoma during the Biden administration.”
He's got a point.

But that’s not what is happening, is it?
It’s the President doing it.
It’s the President doing it.

Well was Biden providing protection for Border agents and Federal buildings?
Change the law if you don't like it.
Change the law if you don't like it.

Dems are bug states rights guys now? Dems are big into the states having immigration powers. Guarantee you didn’t feel that way in the Texas case. Hypocrite.
That's a good point. I don't remember any Democrats asserting states' rights when they were in power nationally.

Trump disagrees. He's the [KING] and has the authority. Thank you for your attention to this matter!
"Muh Authoritah"? So same as Biden. Both are Statist-First.
This weird Trump-does-no-wrong attitude is what got the country locked down, constitutional rights suspended, and the shut down of America ruining the economy forever during 2020.
And tell us -- just what good are the trillions Trump & Co being committing to wars in Ukraine, Isreal, Iran, Venezuela and God know where else?; the bizarre trillions "investments" of AI Data Center for America when our infrastructure is crumbling and power plants woefully ill-maintained and upgraded?
Wake up! A few bones tossed our way does not make for the still-haven't-seen-it "MAGA".

The states rights crowd ought to agree with him.
What if the state you live in has dog shite politicians who care more about the bad optics of the federal government sending in national guard troops to help restore law and order rather than the safety of said state's residents and visitors? Say like Illinois, CA, Oregon, Washington, NY, etc.

No, but the Okie gov's point is still legit.
Why can't the illegal Mayoral and LE stand-down order in problem cities (D) be addressed by DoJ and Feebs investigations, indictments and prosecutions for malfeasance and gross negligence?
I see nothing but PROBLEM-REACTION-SOLUTION by troop occupations as setting dangerous precedence by more "Emergency Powers" moves.

It's only one point -- and I also see it.
ZERO LE in these major Blue Cities. Why wasn't anything done about it back in 2020?? Why now?
Troop occupations today. The Dems and NGOs are already organizing paid rabble to incite and create chaos across the country. It def appears to be an astroturfed op.
Might it all be to purposely create nationwide modified Martial Law via the Emergency Powers Act? (once again, as in 2020)

Its almost as if many have no principles or values. Just blind allegiance.

Do you think Eisenhower had the right to federalize the National Guard in Arkansas? Johnson in Alabama? What’s the difference?

Why wasn't anything done about it back in 2020??

Why now?

That Governor probably spends a lot of time with an Oklahoma Senator named Lankford.

Are we still allowed to question the timing and motive? Trump has chnged drastically since 2016-2020. An agenda bigger and more ominous now seems to be afoot.
In case no one's following the bouncing ball, there are now seemingly a million and one moving parts of chaos. Not a day has gone by since Trump's Day One that there has been a moment of peace.
