Good luck...not a single damn one of them can name one single policy, promise, agenda, just anything they liked Hillary was coughing up during her grueling campaign.

Good post. I don't agree with any of Jones' positions, but this is what the Dems should have focused on, instead of constantly hammering him on the allegations.

It really doesn't, Alabama loves career politicians and will overwhelmingly vote for the one with an R next to his name next Tuesday, no matter what. All you have to do in Alabama is say you're "pro life" and mention gawd a lot and we will elect you 20+ times, it's marvelous.

It's your call: it's a choice between a true moderate, a man of decent character and a long record of public service to the people of Alabama, vs. a religious nut, a buffoon who will embarrass the state and discourage businesses locating to the state, an incompetent oaf, and a man widely suspected of pedophilia.

Of all the things in this world to hate, a monument with a list of ten reasonable commands shouldn't be one of them

I think the approach to the sanctuary cities is flawed. If that governmental official is not obeying the law, they specifically are the ones who should be punished. Taking away the funding of the entire city is asinine. There are many people in that city who may not hold the same belief as that elected official and shouldn't be punished. The punishment should be focused on the specific individuals who are breaking the law.


Regarding the Ten Commandments, I totally agree there are bigger fish to fry. I would prefer not to have as close a marriage of the government to the Christian religions (or any religion for that matter). But the biggest issue with this is that Moore was ordered to remove this though a valid law. He decided he was above the law and didn't have to comply.

Most people don’t care. If he has (R) by his name you vote for him.

Is that all that matters in Alabama? If not vote for Lee Busby
