Deal-killer if true:
Getting "the dust" is an absolute minimum requirement set by Trump, and the fact that the Iranian Foreign Minister, as opposed to some more hard-line guy, is ruling that out, seems to preclude a deal, at least for now.

It should be apparent to anyone now, that there are two major factions fighting for power in Iran. The "moderates" who don't want to get droned like their FM and President, and then the hardliners in the IRGC who would rather the world end then give up their caliphate.
For example below. Their FM is making statements that they have agreed to open the strait, give up uranium, etc.. But his own Foreign Ministry office posts conflicting statements.

Correct, and the fact that the FM is now singing the hardliners' song after getting his knuckles rapped strongly suggests that this war has a long way to go. I still think we win in the end, though, since the pressure of the blockade is just too strong.

Suspicious movements in Mehrabad; consecutive flights and a motorcade of official vehicles in west Tehran/In the past half hour, multiple reports from west Tehran have emerged of hearing the sound of several flights, which witnesses say originated from Mehrabad Airport. Based on received messages, 2 to 3 small aircraft along with 2 fighter jets have taken off from this airport. At the same time, an eyewitness has reported the movement of a large motorcade of official vehicles with rotating lights on the runway. As of this moment, no official explanation has been issued regarding the cause of these movements, but the coincidence of these flights with the relocation of the official motorcade has heightened suspicions of a special transfer or relocation within the structure of the Islamic Republic's terrorist regime.

I think you are going to see the IRGC start whacking guys soon. I would not be shocked if Araghchi winds up dead in the near future.

Iranian officials just told Reuters, there is NO agreement with the US about the Uranium at all. IRGC Media attacks the Iranian foreign minister Araghtshi that he has crossed „red lines“ in the negotiations with the U.S. and that they don’t even agree of the terms about the SoH opening. Iranian hardliners demand public statement from the new supreme leader Khamenei Jr., if he agrees and if that isn’t coming the Iranian negotiations team will be declared as traitors of the Islamic Republic. I wouldn’t be too optimistic about Trump‘s „deal“ announcements today!

Today, as part of Economic Fury, Treasury’s Office of Foreign Assets Control designated seven Iran-backed Iraqi militia commanders for planning, directing, and executing attacks against U.S. personnel, facilities, and interests in Iraq. These militias attack U.S. personnel and innocent civilians across Iraq, siphoning Iraq’s wealth to finance their terrorist activities, and undermining Iraq’s sovereignty and democratic processes.

IRGC actually declaring the negotiators traitors. Doubt there will even be a meeting in Pakistan.

Trump just stirring it up. Every time he post about the strait being open or a deal for uranium, he knows it widens the rift in Iran.

Translated from Persian
A number of parliament members, in a joint statement, said that attending negotiations without the release of assets blocked belonging to the Islamic Republic "is a wrong and unacceptable matter."
The statement noted that based on messages published by Pezeshkian and Qalibaf, and with emphasis from the Central Khatam al-Anbiya Headquarters, "in the past week, we have witnessed repeated violations of the ceasefire by the enemy, and the disregard and failure to respond to these repeated violations—due to the ongoing negotiations—will lead to the normalization of this dangerous situation."

Feels like a waste of time. They are a headless chicken right now just running around the yard. Iran can't agree to anything as it has no leadership.
Best to keep it blockaded until it finally falls over.
