Citizens from #Tehran are reporting hearing a continuous alarming sound. Some of the messages:
-The continuous loud sound isn't from a fighter jet.. It's a sound like a large air or gas tank bursting with air rushing out of it .... It's been making noise for half an hour across the whole city .. The source of the sound is toward the west of Tehran.
- About half an hour ago in west Tehran, Azadi Street, a really terrifying sound came, followed by a strange noise that's still going on. There's a smell like gas or sulfur. Neighbors say the main gas line's been hit, everyone's leaving

Would need car barriers, otherwise a bunch of cars coming at them over open ground from the desert could be an issue depending on the terrain. You can only stop so many.
