Ramstein may have some elements of nato there but it’s a US base not a nato base

I see your question has already been answered but just to add it has nothing to do with NATO. Spain is a NATO member and is refusing us use of its airspace. France did the same for a few days as well.
NATO is a lost cause and we should GTFO ASAP.
