We’ve been observing the war in Ukraine for four years and watching Russia lose aircraft on the apron being hit by cheap Ukrainian drones.
The military has been too slow to adapt to these new game changing threats.
We have also been slow to adapt to cheap FPV drones as weapons too. We have had suicide drones for years but they cost $60k for each of the personnel versions while Ukraine's cost is from $500 to $2000 in general.
We need to arm the protestors who are young college gamers with cheap FPV drones to break the IRGC. They are the perfect urban weapon that allows operators to remain hidden, but see their target clearly in HD. The know who they are targeting. It would be more precise and discrete for attacking IRGC thug trying to hide in schools and next to hospitals.
The alternative is American boots on the ground.

When Americans and Israelis show up to tell regular Iranians to trust us.
