So Qatar is going to give Iran $300 billion dollars but wait Qatar is only worth $358 billion dollars so where is this $300 billion coming from Vance? I guess we are going to have a $1 trillion dollar military contract with Qatar announced shortly.

Factually this is untrue as we did have US nuclear inspectors in Iran until 1979.
