They hid some military assets in Pakistan if you remember that story a few weeks ago. Also near the beginning of the ceasefire when Pakistan flew a delegation in with their field marshal, Iran picked up the escort when it entered Iran with a handful of old F-4's that had not been destroyed yet.
To my knowledge we have not struck any of their aircraft since then so it is still possible they have some aging fighters still in their inventory.

I read they moved their most high value targets into their most secure caves. We can only bomb the entrances to those, not destroy the caves themselves. I read somewhere that Iran literally used the US designs for our Cheyenne Mountain nuclear command center in building at least one of their cave fortresses. Designed to be impenetrable even against nukes.
