Oil data
Wonder if Chyna is frantically trying to call and tell Iran not to hit tankers. Then, because leadership has all been killed no one is answering the phone

My biggest fear is that we end up with an insurgency in Iran after a transition to a new leader.
That's the "....and then what?" part. Or, the hard part of the equation. We know what instability can breed in that part of the world.

Under the mullahs there were nine million watching eighty-one million. Now the situation is reversed. The new Iran needs to outlaw the party and also a zero tolerance policy for any shenanigans.

Saudi leadership quietly urged President Trump to dismantle the IRGC, arguing that anything less would strengthen Tehran long term.
Now MBS has authorized Saudi military preparedness if attacks continue. Gulf states are convening an emergency alliance call tonight.
If Arab powers formally enter the fight alongside the U.S. and Israel, the Islamic Republic faces its most serious regional coalition in decades.

They should also be hunted down and held accountable for their crimes.

Yep. The Iranian people do have to rise up. But they also need arms to help do so. That could come from the military turning on the regime or it could come from us supplying the arms. But if there isn’t widespread desertion in their armed forces they’ll have that to contend with along with the millions of ayatollah supporters that are going to want revenge of some sort.
Where I see it getting really tricky is vetting the deserters that Trump basically offered an amnesty to. How do you trust and prove that they’re sincere and not just embedding themselves amongst the population?

Spoke with President of the UAE, my brother Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan. Strongly condemned the attacks on the UAE and condoled the loss of lives in these attacks. India stands in solidarity with the UAE in these difficult times.
Thanked him for taking care of the Indian community living in the UAE. We support de-escalation, regional peace, security and stability.

The Iranian people know who they are and I bet a dollar to a hole in a doughnut that they will not live long. President Trump may have offered amnesty but the people didn't.
They will have justice.
