Yes because the evil Republicans purposely crashed the financial systems in both cases. Had nothing to do with the markets or anything else.

It took six long years, but his policies have been absolutely, positively repudiated. Not sure where we go from here, but that long nightmare is coming to an end. Thankfully.

How exactly does this mean an impending economic downturn? Where is this data of yours? Has every Republican congress had a downturn? Did you even take an economics course??
