I feel like I'm just harping on it now but please, whoever writes these speeches in the future stop thinking the people who read them are politicians. It sounds unnatural coming from these people. Build in some more phrases regular people would use. They just come across as so unnatural.

I feel the same way. If they are going to have normal people up there to be exploited on national television, at least let them write their own words so its not such a stage production.
