Slam dunk, 100% Supreme Court 9-0, no doubt about it, and this current guys just stumbles in and goes "nah we need at least 3 1/2 more weeks"

I’ve never understood how Lindell was going to get this stuff magically in front of SCOTUS to begin with. There are lots of steps before that.

The Mesa images are the most devastating information coming out of this. There has been a LOT of devastating information.

Other than knowing he is a man of God and has great faith, I didn't see how he could believe this, either. Too many compromised clowns on the Supreme Court and it would take God to change their views, alliances and votes.

That’s not even what I’m referring to. He states it as if he was going to walk up the court with his evidence in a briefcase and they were just going to rule on the presidential election.
That’s not how things work, and it would require several if not dozens of suits that started off in state or federal district court. It would take many months if not years, and the legal issues and implications involved were never going to be a “slam dunk” even if fraud were shown.

What is the record for problem to Supreme Court?
I know the 2000 election got from Florida chads to the court in a few weeks. If there is demand from more than half the states, could that go right to the court?

If the states themselves were parties, yes. But even then, all of the issues involved are not going to be packaged together. It would be much, much more nuanced and complicated than SCOTUS just ruling on “the election”.

So the Col is basically completely contradicting Mike's claims that they have all the proof and the vote totals. Can't have total # of votes changed if you never had a chance to look at the data before the "malware"
