He did. If it had been a WaPo reporter, I'd probably put more credence into the allegation, but that's not going to stop the Gotcha brigade.

This thread is off the rails.
The Arizona panel was excellent and refuted everything I have read in the local papers and from Maricopa County board of elections.
Alan Dershowitz and other constitutional lawyers are joining Mike in his defense against Dominion. He made the point that Dominion will have to provide servers in discovery.
The panel on now just provided proof of hacking.

this is the cool part actually. they're explaining the basics of cyber security to people to scare people. just go to cve man, look at all those vulnerabilities that are out there possible.
everythings vulnerable, worlds gonna end, update your viruses, don't connect anything to internet. basically the only safe way to computer is to not plug it.
they did run a really neat mock election to illustrate vulnerabilities and data collection though so this is neat. i expect the tech guys to provide some cool details since they hacked the network within 10 minutes.

I'll give Mike and all of the similar guys credit, they know exactly how to spread enough clutter and bs to convince people of what they want to be convinced of

of their own network in a demo at the conference. this has nothing to do with an actual election.

One thing that's getting conflated in this thread, since there's a clear line between sides here now, is the difference between proving the possibility of, and proving that it happened during the election.
I'm hoping at some point they show the actual data that they said they had that showed the hackers accessing the machines during the election, and proof of votes being switched during and after the election. So far they've only provided demonstrations and evidence that it's possible, not proof that the event occurred. I'm still holding out hope but this isn't going to cut it.

The girl on stage seemed shocked that someone changed her admin password
What she left out, or maybe doesn't actually know, is that virtually every router sold for home/personal use has a standard username and password as a starting point
So if she just plugged in some $50 Netgear router in the room, it would take anybody 2 minutes to hit it, type in Admin and Password (yes, those are the defaults for most Netgear), and voila, you've "hacked" the network

Want to know how someone would come to believe you didn't watch her presentation from yesterday?

this is the most logical answer

Thanks for the nightmare.
I want this thing to work out, I want fraud to be proven, but a lot of this is chasing red herrings.

She specifically talked about taking the academic path via multiple engineering degrees with 20+ years of experience over the course of her IT auditing career... but you're alleging she's too dumb to know that a Netgear router has a common default password.

showed is that if you have a computer on the same network as the election management computer, AND you have both admin access AND the SQL database passwords, you can execute a SQL command to modify the data
Here's the problem with that: these Dominion systems have internal 4G modems (meaning they don't need to be on the LAN to connect to them) and we know from the Messa drive there was an executed .bat (at least on that machine) which shut down the SQL service, injected a registry key to turn off encryption and security (ie: the "dehardening" discussion), then turned it back on.
