He did this the first term too. He'd throw a bone or two at demos that will never hate him. His ego gets the best of him, he thinks he can be more popular if he does this. Did not work the first go around will not now.
The Donald is no conservative. Nothing in this would make a real conservative smile. More debt, more government and what he did was supercharge an Obama program. At least W. Bush kept his student load buyout for public servants who worked at least 10 years in a public service job and made 10 years of payments. Trump just wants to be popular.
