This will be the 3rd time I’ve asked for y’all to pick one of the 4 and I’ll start there, yet y’all refuse. And I’m somehow the shitposter?

No dipshit I understand how most communist revolutions in history occured. They used poor people and mob rule to overthrow established Governments. All with the promise of fairness. Only to turn into a flaming heap of shite like Venezuala.

A far left socialist won in a socialist-leaning enclave. This is like Mormons being excited because a Mormon won an elected office in Utah.

How so? You're exactly the type of person he used to be before he came to his senses.
Again, I hope you do too.

Social media has really put the hurt on the establishment within both parties.
It's all going to depend on which base is crazier, and it's obvious is the Dems.

Fine why don't you take this one:
"forces taxpayers to pay for every childs higher education"

This is an interesting way to say that Democrats are being dragged farther away from middle America and forced into more extreme platform positions.

So you’re saying the modern interpretation of the commerce clause and 14a are correct in your view? Bold move.
Which part of the clause? It has tentacles.

Y’all are the ones insisting that your way of looking at the world is the only legitimate one, yet somehow I’M the one with the problem?
I have never once questioned the legitimacy of any of your views. I certainly disagree with them, but looking at someone as needing to be saved is so incredibly condescending it’s hillarious. And then you turn around and claim it’s the LEFT who is unreasonable! Can’t make this shite up

At the state level is equal protection under 14a
As for Department of Ed:
Commerce Clause (Article I, Section 8, Clause 3), in conjunction with the Tax and Spending Clause (Article I, Section 8, Clause 1) provide an adequate basis for federal intervention. While neither is directly on point, it should be noted that the very existence of a Cabinet is only tangentially addressed in the Constitution. The President’s latitude to create a Cabinet is only implied under Article 2, Section 2, “[The President] may require the Opinion, in writing, of the principal Officer in each of the executive Departments, upon any subject relating to the Duties of their respective Offices…,” and alluded to in Section 4 of the Twenty-Fifth Amendment, which twice references “…a majority of either the principal officers of the executive departments…”
Practically speaking DoE functions as grant organization with about 95 percent of its budget funding educational grants. It is fair to debate whether it should require 3 or 4 billion of organizational infrastructure to deliver those grants.

Framing the fed's powers to levee taxes as a mandate to pay for any and all bullshite you can dream up ridiculous. I might as well argue that I am constitutionally entitled to a brand new Ferrari every year.
