Trump is the only politician who actually cares about America. So, relative to other politicians, he will always have a top grade.
Despite not accomplishing all of his goals in 4 months while fighting activist judges and establishment Republicans, he still gets an A.
For all the whining he is causing from "conservatives" who voted for Bush, Romney, and McCain, I give him a D. It's really annoying.
