the belief a basement-dwelling potatobrain who couldn't fill 81 circles drawn on the ground at campaign stops actually garnered votes from 81 million living Americans.
And it always comes home doesnt it. You simply cant believe 81 million people voted against Trump can you? there is just no possible way it happened...
You love Trump, 81 million voters do not.

Republicans need to out harvest the democrats. If that started the dems would call for changes, while they worked towards another (different) way to cheat.

I mean it is hard to fathom 81 million idiots would install an old racist lifetime politician with dementia.
But, according to you, there are indeed 81 million idiots that gleefully did just that.

You do realize they never actually investigated whether there was election fraud, right?
... because the courts themselves own the ballots now and the courts themselves have not started investigations ...
and this is what that that Burnson case was trying to do, to get the issue of voter fraud before the the SCOTUS.
But the case was declined for review on Jan. 9.
But then Brunson was resubmitted to the SCOTUS on Jan. 23rd AND THEN
the SCOTUS scheduled a private conference for today.

100%. I know that guy from around here, which is why I responded. He is actually quite intelligent which makes this whole deal so astonishing and fascinating. I’d say three quarters of said Kool Aid drinkers on here are like this 93and99 simpleton. Not an original or intelligent thought in them, they’re a waste of time unless you want a cheap laugh. But the smart ones who are clearly in some sort of trance that disallows them to see reality…it’s just wild to observe.
But back to NC, that guy was 100% on the “muh Dominion changed all the votes train!” There was no doubt, it wasn’t “well, that could have happened.” That was what happened, and that’s all there is to it. I’m not afraid of looking into any theory, but how in the hell can one talk themselves into 100% certainty on something like that? It’s black or white to them: either Biden won fair and square, or the most insane shite imaginable happened (involving tens of thousands of people working perfectly together with no leaks) to cheat Trump out of sure victory. I’ve said since day one that if someone wants to bitch about 2020, they’re doing themselves a great disservice blindly regurgitating the extreme conspiracies that lack evidence. The real gripe should be to what extent state legislatures violated their constitutions due to the “COVID emergency.” Now that is an idea worth exploring, but to so many of these people who like to flirt with fantasy, that idea isn’t sexy or crazy enough.

That’s what you garner from a piece written by a primary competitor and opponent of FNC. Doesn’t seem very credible to me.
The NYT is quoting the Dominion pleadings which in turn are quoting from phone/email records obtained from Fox in discovery. For example:
Dominion MSJ
ETA: The NYT isn't a Foxnews competitor. Foxnews competes with Newsmax and OAN.

well when some of the evidence Sidney Powell sent to fox was an email forwarded from "a decapitated time traveler" then you lose all credibility.
They all talked a big game with 0 proof.

I went though this on the last page. They don’t like to look at the source documents. They want a third party to interpret the information for them, and then they either attack or embrace the third party (but not the underlying information) accordingly.

American democrats acted like the voting system was as fragile as a Fabergé egg, under constant threat of Iranian trolls, Russian bot farms, disenfranchised voters, and *GASP!* Conservatives on Twitter. There were countless warnings, pearl clutching articles, election challenges, and hysteria like we've never seen before around election integrity when Trump beat Hillary in 2016.
By the time 2020 rolled around, none of those issues were remedied - and further - we created a pandemic MIV scheme that made harvesting and fraud easier than ever. But strangely, the Democrats have done a complete 180 on election integrity. "The most secure election ever!", they exclaimed. Hmmm. I wonder what changed.

They weren't worried about the voting system they were worried about influence...voters being swayed by disinfo...which was a canard in its own right, but different nonetheless.

Clearly. They intentionally made the voting system less secure than its ever been. But any threat that potentially alters legitimate, intentioned votes is a threat worth eliminating.
And if they were so concerned about foreign influence, why didnt they address the influence rather than send their FBI dogs after Joe Schmo republicans on social media?

quote:Wait, discredited is an inappropriate adjective for the NY TIMES? The paper that carried the "Hunter Laptop is Russian disinformation" BS? The paper that went wall-to-wall during the 2020 campaign with false claims Russians were paying Afghans a bounty for killing US troops? The hack rag that falsely claimed for months J6 protestors murdered Officer Brian Sicknick?
Serious question- what exactly is wrong with you? Aside from the fact that you falsely use the word “discredited” like progs do
Sorry those stories were not only false at the time, the NYTimes KNEW they were false. Now, you trust the NYTimes to accurately report a story about FNC?
You have got to be joking!
Regarding the "filing" are you under the impression a filing is reflective of the complete story? You think Dominion will win a substantive award in an injury suit vs Fox News? Do you think they will win 1¢ vs FNC? Certainly if the filing is the final evidence, they might. But that ain't the way it works!
The OP article took a plaintiff's argument, then amplified it.
quote:Stated by a believer in NYT veracity. Goodness that is audacious!
Sometimes I think it would just be easier to have this willful ignorance
