Right, I'm an idiot because dems never ever try to expand their stupidity.

Will this mean street vendors known for their hot dogs will cease to be?
If you read the article you'd know the answer is "No".
I mean, they ARE CURRENTLY regulating the size of soda pops private businesses can sell. It's hard to say it's a completely irrational fear to think that they might desire in the future to extend this regulation further.

Fooled by fake news again. What else is new.
"What's False
New York City did not ban hot dogs outright. Restaurants, hot-dog stands, grocery stores, and other privately owned businesses will still be able to sell hot dogs."
Dumbasses.
Snopes
Please everyone who posted in this thread that thinks they have a good point stop observing fake news and realize that you're being lied to all the time

In current year, a partisan "rag" like Gateway Pundit is no more or less reliable than any of the major "real" news sources.
That's just bullshite. Im sorry conservative news lies to you so much but you should learn from it.

The true dumbassery is that they have banned hot dogs, or any food for that matter, at all.
Man-caused climate change is a hoax.

Fake news. If you fall for this, I bet I can convince you to vote for Trump.

These fricking leftists think they have a real gotcha
Like the assholes ever stop pushing this shite further and further
If they do this that signals they want to ban all of them, just incrementalling it

RA’d to get this crap off the first page. Every time we point out how fake it is, the thread goes back to the top.
And I just did it again.
And I just did it again.

Part of the law requires New York City officials to teach New Yorkers how to make healthy, environmentally conscious food choices by banning “problematic” items such as hot dogs from city menus.

This makes no sense and will seriously impact the New York economy, and social well being as well.
What about Gray's Papaya, who notably endorsed Barack Obama in 2008? What about Hebrew National brand and the Coney Island July 4th contests?
The hot dog is a cherished New York City tradition. What.is.the.mayor.thinking?

It's not like NYC would ever try to ban privately owned businesses from selling large soda pops, right?
