Sondland was told his testimony would not qualify him for the televised hearings.

He then was coached on how to reword his testimony.

True story.

READ: Sondland submitted this amendment to his testimony, saying other witnesses refreshed his recollection tha tmilitary aid was withheld as part of Trump's push to get a Biden investigation going.

Maybe I spoke too soon, this looks bad. Why does sondland think it was Quid pro quo when Trump told him it wasn't before? this is just confusing.

"Well, by golly, if THEY thought it was a quid pro quo, then I guess I better think it's one as well."

But the aid wasn’t withheld and wasn’t spoken about in the call.

But it wasn't. The aid was given WITHOUT any Biden investigation

Convinced in early September by whom? And hadn’t the financial aid started flowing by then?

That would make his testimony tainted, wouldn't it?

And this is why only two recollections of the matter are important:

Both of them come from Presidents. They have facts.

Gordon Sondland and company are not Presidents. They have opinions.

Update? You mean lie I was lying then or I'm lying now. Sounds like he's lying now since he has already been captured saying the reverse. Why? who knows.

A circle jerk is all we have about nothing. Since no laws have been broken. The president sets foreign policy and it is based on what's good for the American people. The president is constitutionally bound to enforce the law when it comes to tax payer's money. And he insisted on that.

Adam Schiff. "Amb. Sondland, you see what Muelller did to Flynn and a few other people that did absolutely nothing wrong. We can do that too. They are in jail and/or their lives are ruined. Now, I'm not pressuring you or anything, but what, again, do you think your recollection of Trump's interaction with Ukraine was?"

"umm... now that I think about it, a quid pro quo?"

*Schiff nods approvingly* "There, that wasn't so hard, was it? Now just amend your testimony and we'll be good."
