The fact that most republicans in that poll believe that Trump is more effective at getting dones than Desantis is a damn indixtment on these people.

DeSantis has an almost 70% Republican majority in the Florida legislature

No Republican president has ever had a veto proof majority like DeSantis does in Florida

If DeSantis was President he would get nothing done just like every other Republican president in history

They will switch to someone young and seemingly dynamic. Then it will be Newguy vs a dottering Trump.

Logistically, this will be impossible if it isn't done within the next few months and I just don't see it happening.

They have plenty of time. At least until the convention, maybe even after if Biden “suddenly” was unable to run. All they’d have to do is reconvene the convention and nominate someone else. The delegates choose—not the ppl.

They will switch as late as they think they can. Biden will draw all the heat and the new candidate will swoop in with little damage done.

I suspect the Gavin Newsome stuff is a front. It won’t be him. It’s too obvious and the media is too blatant in their acknowledgment of it. They also don’t want to have a slick white guy jump an African American female (Kamala) who would be the rightful heir.

It’ll be Michelle Obama.

If Trump is tied in the NYT poll, that means he's ahead.

The NYT will elevate those they want to run vs Biden.

There is not a national popular vote election in U.S. despite what Hillary followers may want.

The President 2024 election will be won in the battleground states.

IMO, neither of those two candidates will be in the General Election.

For those of you looking for a third party to put behind your weight, I suggest looking into the oldest third party in the nation, The Prohibition Party. The Wood-Pietrowski ticket looks more appealing every day.

LOL. I needed a laugh today.

Friend,

Please accept my heartfelt gratitude for cautioning me upon entering this den of theorists and ideologues, many cut off from the cords of a sound mind. Your words are ever a reflection of God’s providence in the dark of the night.

Your concern for the safety of Mother and me is a reminder of the good even in the seeming absence of light and I can scarcely calculate the perilous consequences facing us had your warning come late or not come at all.

True friends are rare gems, and you, dear KiwiHead, have proven to be the most precious of all. Your steadfast friendship and genuine care have touched my heart, reminding me of the steadfast mercy God our Father showed the wandering Israelites during their time of trial and tribulation in that desert wilderness, and so have affirmed the sanctity of our friendship. May our friendship flourish like the land promised to our Hebrew ancestors in the faith, that beautiful land flowing with milk and honey.

Much is left to be said about our glorious third party and its long overdue mission to rid this nation of the evils of alcohol. Laughable it has been this year to watch the self righteous boycott a beer as though it is a sign of moral superiority. The truly moral have been boycotting all beer and other liquors for all time. There is the virtue — in having the freedom to do as one pleases yet rejecting the evil snares of sinful chemicals for both self, bother and country. It is well past time to return to our Puritan roots where we shall smash bottles of the Devils brew into fragments and weapons into ploughshares, where we welcome immigrant as sister and brother, and care for the most vulnerable.

Yours most sincerely,
TulaneLSU
