It would seem that order number 5 requires the breakup and sale of Trumps businesses within 10 days. Is this a theft by the state?? Why would any substantial business ever want to do business in New York? Some serious badddddd logic here.

Letitia James and Alvin Bragg both ran on "getting Trump." Any case brought forth by them against Trump should be summarily dismissed.

Wait wait wait. So, in your view, the thief here is the person who earned money and purchased properties legally, and not the entity with no rightful claim to those earnings or properties and merely took money from them?

You do realize that this is a civil case and in state court.
I think an argument could be made that the order of divestiture is a final order that can be appealed and the fee sanctions probably can be appealed but I don't know that it delays a trial (why no jury is beyond me). Also, an appeal goes to a New York court not federal
I can only imagine the makeup of Democrats on the appellate court. Same for the state Supreme Court .
As much bs as this case appears to be, it is very problematic as they seek to destroy their companies.
